Services
United Excellence Group provides professional cleaning and junk removal services by appointment only. All services are subject to on-site evaluation prior to final pricing.

Pricing & Payment
All pricings based on the scope of work observed during on-site evaluation. Payment is due as agreed before or upon completion of services unless otherwise stated.

Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe and clear access to the service area. United Excellence Group reserves the right to refuse or stop service if conditions are unsafe or outside the agreed scope.

Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations, refunds, and re-cleans are subject to our posted Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.

Property & Liability
While we take great care during services, United Excellence Group is not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile items, or conditions beyond our control unless caused by negligence.

Limitations
United Excellence Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to service performance.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for safety, policy violations, or inappropriate conduct.
