All services are scheduled and specifically for each client. For this reason, refunds are limited.
Junk & Salvage Removal
No refunds are issued once items are removed from the property.
Cancellations made 24 hours in advance will not be charged.
Cancellations made upon arrival or after loading begins may be charged a service fee.
Once items leave the property, the service is considered complete.
Professional Cleaning Services
No refund are issued once cleaning has begun.
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will offer a re-clean of the affected area, not a refund.
Re-cleans must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe.

Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged a cancellation fee.
Deposits, if required, are non-refundable once an appointment is confirmed.
